SuperBOL Studio: new version 0.2.0

A new version 0.2.0 of our SuperBOL Studio extension for VSCode has been released.

This new version adds:

• improved support of SQL in COBOL code with detection of COBOL variables within EXEC SQL blocks (and other features like Go to definition, Show references and Hover (issue #375);
• information in the SUPPORT.md of the Github repository on how to get support for the extension and GnuCOBOL (issue #401);
• universal VSIX, with LSP server transpiled into JavaScript (issue #93);

and fixes the following bugs:

• check for x86 binaries when on darwin-arm64 (issue #385);
• binaries included in VSIXs for Darwin platforms (issue #383);
• name of debugger to superbol-gdb, to avoid conflicts with the official gdb (issue #381).
